This policy governs billing, credit management, refund eligibility, chargeback procedures, and fraud prevention for ximagineai.com ("X Imagine AI," "we," "us," or "our"). Our Service delivers AI generation credits instantly upon purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure your confidence before committing to a credit pack.

1. Payment and Billing

All credit pack purchases on X Imagine AI are one-time payments — there are no recurring subscriptions, automatic renewals, or hidden fees. You pay once and use your credits at your own pace within the validity period.

Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize X Imagine AI and Stripe to charge your payment method for the selected credit pack amount.

Stripe processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including in cases where a refund is approved for the credit pack itself.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or regional charges associated with your purchase. Prices are displayed in USD; your bank may apply conversion fees separately.

Billing disputes must be raised within 60 days of the charge date.

2. Credit Packs and Validity

Credits are delivered instantly to your account upon payment confirmation. The following credit packs are available:

Credits from multiple packs stack automatically — purchasing a new pack never resets your existing balance. Each pack's validity period is independent and begins at the time of purchase.

Credits expire at the end of their validity period. Expired credits cannot be extended or refunded after the expiry date.

Credit consumption varies by generation type: standard Grok Imagine image generations use fewer credits; Grok Video generation, Spicy Mode, ultra-high-resolution output, and batch processing consume more credits per generation.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason — output quality, feature availability, platform experience — contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will process a full refund of the credit pack price (excluding Stripe processing fees).

To request a refund under the money-back guarantee:

  • Include your account email address and the order reference or payment confirmation
  • No justification is required

3.2 Refundable Situations

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Any dissatisfaction raised within the 30-day money-back guarantee window
  • Duplicate charges — accidental repeat transactions for the same credit pack
  • Confirmed unauthorized transactions — charges resulting from verified unauthorized use of your payment method, subject to identity verification
  • Verified technical failures — confirmed inability to access the Service or use purchased credits due to a platform-side error, not remedied within a reasonable timeframe

3.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Refund requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Stripe payment processing fees (non-refundable by Stripe policy)
  • Credits that have expired due to the validity period ending
  • Account suspensions or terminations resulting from violations of our Terms of Service
  • Accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized API usage
  • Dissatisfaction arising solely from misuse of the Service or failure to read the feature descriptions before purchase

3.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Refund processing times are subject to your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after approval.

We will confirm refund approvals by email within 2 business days of receiving a valid request.

4. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected]. Given our 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, most billing concerns can be resolved quickly without a dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Delays in resolution
  • Temporary account restriction pending investigation

If a chargeback is filed after a refund has already been issued by us, the user may be held liable for any dispute fees charged by Stripe or the card network.

Users who repeatedly initiate chargebacks against X Imagine AI purchases, or who are found to have misused the dispute process, may be permanently banned from the Service and reported to fraud prevention networks.

5. Fraud Prevention

We maintain active fraud detection and prevention measures to protect the platform and all users:

  • All transactions are screened through Stripe's fraud detection systems
  • Accounts showing signs of unauthorized access, stolen payment method usage, or identity fraud are suspended immediately pending investigation
  • We monitor for automated abuse, bulk generation via unauthorized scripts, and credit circumvention attempts
  • Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant law enforcement or fraud prevention authorities

Accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent behavior — including stolen payment methods, account sharing to circumvent credits, or unauthorized API access — will be permanently terminated without refund.

You must provide accurate billing and identity information when purchasing credits. Providing false information to obtain credits or refunds constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our credit plans, pricing, or legal requirements. Updates take effect upon publication and will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. This policy operates alongside applicable consumer protection laws and does not limit any statutory rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
